Great customer service. Amazing food. They had instrumental jazz versions of pop and r&b from the early 2000’s playing softly. Honestly it was a vibe.

Never been here before. My kids and I were coming back from a park nearby and decided to stop. I ordered the Chicken Cone and Chicken bowl (hoping my kids would share it). They ended up eating most of my chicken cone. They enjoyed the bowl just not the fries my son said they were too spicy. Btw the chicken was on point and the cone maple sauce are just added bonus points. Would be cool to see this made into a chicken waffle bowl. Side note staff was very friendly and will be returning.

The food, atmosphere, and service was amazing! I was greeted promptly as I walked in. I was able to sample some sauces which helped me figure out what I wanted! The chicken is cooked so good and flavors galore! I loved the fries, they are a must! Kylie was so friendly and checked on us several times! I can’t wait to share with my friends!

Have been anticipating the opening of Chick’nCone since the announcement, finally was able to make it in. Service was fantastic as we were explained all the options available and any new sauces that have yet to make it to the menu. I got the chicken sandwich with the honey hot sauce and Mac and Cheese on the side. My friend got the cone with the same sauce and a side of fries. All the food was delicious, chicken was very tender and the one sauce we tried was great. Only knock for me would be there is no background music or anything playing.

Chicken was great, yella' BBQ sauce was just as good, fries were hot and fresh but otherwise forgettable. Will definitely be back for a second visit!

Very happy to see this restaurant finally open. The service was excellent and welcoming. The food was freshly made, but the waiting was not too bad. We got everything from the menu for the soft opening. Their chicken is not the traditional crispy type, but the soft and tender texture goes well with the cone, sandwich bun, and bowl. The best thing is that you can pick any sauce from sweet to spicy. They also suggest reliable suggestions if you have trouble picking any sauces. Among all the items, we recommend the bowl the most. It includes all the side dishes and chicken with the sauce you picked. We ordered to-go, and the food was well-packaged and remained hot after home. Of course highly really recommend dining in. You can’t say no to hot and fresh food, right?

Yum!! Have been wanting to try here and excited they finally opened. Tried a chickn cone meal with the kickn ranch sauce and Cajun fries. The chicken is great, super tasty and sauce was sooooo good. Good portions! Cajun fries are great also, nice and crispy and a good amount of fries. Only thing I would suggest is I was expecting the waffle cone to be more crispy instead of chewy, I think it could’ve been cooked longer. Employees were super nice and explained the menu and options. Plenty of indoor seating and cute outdoor seating as well. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Westerville!

Very tasty made to order food! The wait wasn’t bad at all, staff was super friendly, and the cinna-syrup sauce is amazing. Will for sure have to come back again!
